NOTEBOOK INFORMATION
MRS. BEACH
1. Must be a single binder/notebook/folder.
2. Keep it clean and neat
3. Serves as a textbook for your worksheets, tests/quizzes, etc.
4. Used for notebook quizzes
5. Notebook must be brought to every class. Name, section, and teacher’s name
must appear on the front of the notebook.
6. The tally sheet must be the first page of your notebook. (It is your responsibility
to keep your tally sheet up to date).
8. If you lose any paper that belong in your notebook, see Mrs. Beach immediately.
