Grays Harbor College shall provide a comprehensive educational program for the citizens of the district,
including various types of adult continuing education consistent with the needs of the community to include
contract, credit and non-credit and lifelong learning courses. Courses may be state-funded or self-support
consistent with Washington State Administrative Law and policies of the State Board for Community and
Technical Colleges.
The various fee waivers provided by statute which must apply to state-supported courses will not be applied to
community service courses. Special classes or groups of persons such as veterans, non-residents, institutional
employees, etc., will share costs equally with all other students in community service courses.
