Students should meet their proctor at least once in a month. (preferably, Friday afternoons)

Inform dropping/withdrawal of subjects to your proctor without fail

Make sure to sign at all appropriate columns in the blue books.

Maintain 85% attendance and avoid last minute hassles.
Instructions to Academic Associates:

Department Meeting – First Friday of every month

Proctor Student Meeting – Third Friday of every month

Class Representative(CR) meeting with HOD - Second Friday of every month

Teaching Diary, Fortnightly Report, Attendance Register attestation by HOD – within 3rd of every
month

M.Tech. Project progress report submission to Coordinator - within 3rd of every month
