2012‐13 Plano ISD Senior High School Athletic Achievements (to date) January 17, 2013 Football 

Plano West Senior High School Football Team advanced to the UIL State Quarterfinal Round (4th Round) of the Playoffs this year. The best finish in the UIL Playoffs in school history. Plano Senior High School finished 4th in District and made the Bi‐District round of the playoffs. Team Tennis 

Plano West Senior High School was the District 10‐5A Champion & Regional Tournament Champion, finally finishing 3rd in State at the State Tournament. Plano East Senior High School was runner‐up in District and advanced to the Regional Tournament. Cross Country 



Plano West Senior High School Boys won District and were 3rd at the Regional meet and finished 6th at State Meet. Plano West Senior High School Girls finished 2nd in District and advanced to the Regional Meet. Plano East Senior High School Boys were 3rd in District and advanced to the Regional Meet. Plano East Senior High School Girls were 3rd in District and advanced to the Regional Meet. Volleyball 


Plano and Plano West Senior High Schools tied for 2nd Place in District. Plano Senior High School advanced to the Regional Final Plano West Senior High School advanced to the Regional Quarterfinal
