Application a. Items of equipment listed herein are authorized for the operation of Security Assistance OffIce, Fyrom. The mission of this unit is to administer U.S. military assis­ tance to Fyrom including the international sales and logistics program and residual aspects of the grant aid military assistance program to foster host country mili­ tary competence and further U.S. national policies and interests. b. Procurement, issue, substitution and retention of items of equipment authorized herein will be accom­ plished according to AR l-75/SECNAVINST 4900.49/ AFJI 16-104 and the provisions of Joint State/Defense Airgram CA 727, subject: Transfer of USMILGP Administrative and Support Functions to the Embassy. c. Allowances listed in section II herein are not dupli­ cated by authorizations listed in paragraph 3. d. Trophies and articles of historical nature are not listed in this table, but may be retained until unserviceable. e.
