The connection speed goes up to 3Mbps (same as UK) and the prices have cut down by 25%. 7 New focus Plan Avanza Æ AvanzaDos The Avanza Plan pursues quantitative and general goals, such as increasing the number of Internet users in Spain AvanzaDos Plan aim for more qualitative and specific objectives such as extending eCommerce.
