College of Computing PhD Minor The minor is a sequence of at least nine (9) units outside the College of Computing with a coherent theme. This theme should somehow relate to your thesis and research. Courses must be taken for a letter grade, maintaining a B average. Courses should be at the graduate level, but one pre-approved 4000-level course may be taken. A maximum of 3 hours of guided research course credit is allowed. After your faculty advisor approves your courses please give this form to your Graduate Student Affairs office. Your staff advisor will get the Program Coordinator signature and submit the form to the Georgia Tech Graduate Studies office for final approval. You will be contacted if there are any questions.
