The Teachership Academy Journal of Action Research (TAJAR) is a yearly publication that showcases the work of Teachership Academy (TA) graduates. The scope of the journal is applying action research to the collegiate level. Articles are submitted by El Paso Community College (EPCC) faculty Teachership Academy (TA) graduates. The Teachership Academy Journal of Action Research (TAJAR) is an exclusive publication by the Teachership Academy and all work submitted is peer reviewed independently by non‐EPCC faculty.
