DISTRICT-WIDE REPORT FOR IMPROVEMENT

SPRING 2013 EMPLOYEE SURVEY RESULTS FOR THE NEEDS ASSESSMENTS

COMPONENT OF 2013-2014 THROUGH 2014-2015 AREA IMPROVEMENT PLANS

The purpose of this report is to provide needs assessment data to support the writing of Area Improvement Plans for the two-year planning cycle beginning on September 1, 2013 and concluding on August 31, 2015.

Conducted each spring, the Employee Survey attempts to measure the degree of employee satisfaction with several, broad College concerns. During the

Spring 2013 semester, mailed to College employees were 2,542 surveys, of which 1,085 were returned completed. The rate of return was 43%.

Employees were requested to indicate on the survey their degree of satisfaction with the quality of the College in specified areas. The responses in the returned surveys were color-coded according to the following scale:
