EMPLOYEE/STUDENT RELATIONS
The Board recognizes that all students are entitled to enjoy the basic rights of citizenship which are protected by the
laws of the country and state. Each student is obligated to respect the rights of classmates, teachers, and other school
personnel. The Board requires all District personnel to recognize and respect the right of students, just as it requires all
students to exercise their rights responsibly, with due regard for the equal rights of others and in compliance with the rules and
regulations established for the orderly conduct of the educational mission of the District.
