BUDGET ADOPTION
When the budget has been prepared, the budget officer shall call a meeting of the Board, stating that the purpose of the
meeting is the adoption of a budget for the succeeding fiscal year.
It shall be the duty of the Board, at the meeting called for that purpose, to adopt a budget to cover all expenditures for
the District for the next succeeding fiscal year. Any resident or taxpayer of the District may be present and participate in the
hearing.
