NORTH PENN SCHOOL DISTRICT Administrative Regulations 5131 STUDENTS Elementary and Secondary Activities - Conduct Aggressive Acts by Students Towards Employees If a student strikes a school district employee, a report of the incident must be called to the superintendent's office as expediently as possible. A written report must be forwarded within three (3) working days. After a review of the report, the student may be summoned to appear before the superintendent for further disciplinary action beyond that administered by the school. The same procedure shall be followed for any student who uses abusive, vulgar, or indecent language to a school district employee, and/or makes obscene gestures to a school district employee. The student may be summoned to the superintendent's office for review of the incident.
