Activities
Management of Student Activity Funds
In keeping with the principle that all funds handled in the operation of the schools shall be
accounted for by accepted business practices and subjected to the annual audit, the school district
maintains a student activity fund as provided by Section 511 of the School Laws of Pennsylvania
and a separate athletic fund.
The superintendent is directed to establish appropriate guidelines and procedures to assure fiscal
accountability and appropriate management of all student activity and athletic funds.
