Create an account or click on Log In
After Log In, click on “Online Store” located on top of page
On left hand side, select register for TEAS
Select “state” and “city” and click on “Next”
Choose the test date and “Register”
Verify test date and location
Once purchase has been made, there are NO REFUNDS
EPCC STUDENTS PLEASE NOTE:
• There is a 21-day waiting period to retake the TEAS Test
• A student who has unsuccessfully attempted TEAS Test, four (4) times
either at EPCC or at another institution will need to wait 6 months before
retesting. (NO EXCEPTION)
• Official Transferred scores will count towards the 4 attempts.
***WARNING: If you attempt to retest prior to the 21 day waiting period your
scores will be INVALIDATED
On The Day of The Test
• Report to 9050 Viscount Blvd. —Building “B” Room - B-335
• Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in. Late arrivals will NOT be allowed to test
• To be admitted to the session, individuals MUST present a current valid photo ID
and ATI username and password

examinee’s signature and a permanent address.

The TEAS Version V Test is an internet-based, multiple-choice, exam that assesses
a student’s abilities in four essential subject areas:

STUDY
MATERIALS
TEAS® test scores are valid for TWO (2) YEARS and ONLY the MOST RECENT SCORES will be used for qualification and ranking.
Scores will be available in BANNER 48 hours after completion of the test.
Students can view and print a copy of their score anytime at
www.atitesting.com using the login and password that was created
during the test session.
Official TEAS transferred scores must be sent directly to EPCC. Unofficial
scores cannot be accepted for qualification and ranking.
Unofficial TEAS scores can be used for advising purposes only.
Examinees can purchase a TEAS Version V study guide or take the TEAS
Version V Online Practice Assessment for a fee through the ATI website:
