NOTICE OF ADDITIONAL PUBLIC HEARING
The Department of Financial Services hereby gives notice that an additional
public hearing will be held to discuss the changes to Form DFS-H2-2081, 5-Hour Law &
Ethics Update – Bail Bonds. Specifically, the change is to remove Premium
Requirements and Suitability of Sales and Service from the bail bond 5-hour course
outline.
DATE AND TIME: June 7, 2013 @ 10:00 A.M.
PLACE: Room 139, Larson Building, 200 East Gaines Street, Tallahassee, Florida
This rule was originally published in the February 18, 2013 (Vol. 39, No. 33) issue of the
Florida Administrative Register. A hearing on these rules was held on March 13, 2013.
