SUPERINTENDENT’S REPORT – October 23, 2014
Mr. President, I would like to deviate just a little from the normal format of the
Superintendent’s Report and ask Mr. Ralph Harrison to come to the podium.
Today, Penncrest High School was the site for a Delaware County Strategic National
Stockpile Program training and practice session. We are one of 16 “school centric” points
of distribution (POD’s) in the county and our District and our personnel will be
instrumental in the critical County Emergency Operations response.
Mr. Harrison has been our point person with SNS and I would like you to hear from him
the nuts and bolts of the District’s participation.
