Policy 253: Transgender and gender non-conforming youth-This is a new policy. This is a
first reading of the policy. The policy was developed to align with the recent court decision

ESY Contracts:
A contract has been submitted by HMS School for Children with Cerebral Palsy for two
students to receive Extended School Year services from 6/27/16-8/4/16. Tuition costs are
$13,500/student.
