316. NONTENURED EMPLOYEES
1. Purpose
It is the policy of the Board that certain administrators be employed with the
recognition that they are not professional employees and will not attain tenure status.
2. Authority
SC 1101
Effective district operation requires effective supervision by a variety of nontenured
administrators. Such administrators are a key part of the district's management force
and shall not include any position in which provision for tenure is not made by law.
SC 111
No candidate shall be employed until such candidate has complied with the
mandatory background check requirements and the district has evaluated the results
of that screening process.
