Florida’s Insurance Consumer Advocate is committed to finding solutions to insurance issues impacting Florida’s families.
In order to connect with the local community, bring together diverse voices and facilitate discussion on insurance matters,
the Insurance Consumer Advocate is participating in several local outreach events scheduled throughout Florida. The

This event aims to increase awareness of the Insurance Consumer Advocate’s mission to represent Florida citizens on
all insurance matters and introduce the newly appointed Insurance Consumer Advocate, Sha’Ron James. Ms. James is
a dynamic advocate committed to representing a broad range of consumer voices and invites members of the public to
attend and share their perspectives on all insurance matters.
