Canning tomatoes can be fun and very
rewarding. Guidelines for safely canning
tomatoes and salsas from home
gardens will be discussed and
distributed. These research-tested
recipes have been reviewed to ensure
safe, high-quality products for the entire
family to enjoy!
Participants will also prepare their own
fresh salsa to enjoy. Please bring a
cutting board, knife, and apron.
Workshop instructor is Jenny Wehmeier,
Walworth County UW-Extension Family
Living Educator and Master Preserver.
There is no fee for this class. However,
the class is limited to 16 people, so
please register early!
