EHS Class of 2016 – Senior Year Information
Your student’s Senior Year is an exciting conclusion to their 13 years of learning. We know it can also
be a bit overwhelming, so we hope this list of resources, dates and contacts will help you find the
information to be prepared for the year ahead. If you still have questions, please call the EHS main
office and we’ll be happy to help you: 360-802-7669.
Cap & Gown, Announcements, Class Ring, etc. –​confirmed this info with Josten’s Rep
Josten’s is the company to order these items from. If you missed the 2015 in-school order days at the
end of September, place your order on-line by Oct. 30 to ensure delivery. Packets are available in the
Main Office and Activities Office. If you miss the Oct. deadline, place your order ASAP!

Q: When will your order arrive?
A: Cap & Gown will arrive in the spring; rings arrive after 4 weeks; all items must be paid in full before
delivery.
Q: What are your payment options?
A: Josten’s accepts check and credit cards. Payment plans are available online.
Senior Photos for Yearbook
October 16th is the deadline for submitting your senior photo for the yearbook. Your senior photo
must be a forward facing head shot with no props or distracting background. There is no specific size
requirement, you can simply email it to ​
Victor_wallace@enumclaw.wednet.edu.​They will crop and
size the picture appropriately for you. If you missed the deadline – please submit it ASAP!
Senior Ads for Yearbook
Leave an enduring message of congratulations and love to your graduate in the 2016 Cascadian. The
ad contains one or more of your favorite pictures of your senior and a message from you. Prices are
$55 for 1/8 page, $100 for 1/4 page, and $180 for 1/2 page. All ads must be placed prior to March 1,
2016.

Graduation ​
is Monday, June 13​
, from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at the White River Amphitheatre. All seniors will be issued 10 tickets that can be picked up the week of ​

at both lunches by the graduates​

only. If more tickets are needed, it is possible to purchase more during lunches for $​

each. Graduates are required to arrive by ​

, and guests are asked to not arrive prior to 6:15PM. Seating is open and ​

tickets will be sold at the door. Diplomas​
will be available for pick up in the River Lodge immediately following the graduation ceremony. If diplomas are being held for fines or running start grades, they will be available in the Main Office. Grad Night – This section approved by Grad Night representatives
The all-night Senior Graduation Party has been a tradition at EHS for many years. Organized by a
group of senior parents, this event is designed to ensure students have a fun and memorable
graduation celebration that is safe, and alcohol and drug free. We contract with “Grad Nights” to
provide surprise locations that offer a wide variety of exciting activities. Food, transportation and
supervision is included in this all-night long party that starts shortly after graduation and ends at 6am
the next morning. The cost is $215 until Sept. 30, $230 beginning Oct. 1, monthly payments are
available. Scholarships are available for students who need help with the fee.
