Task: 5-2.2 – Schedule instructional sessions, given department scheduling policy,

resources, so that the resources required to meet training goals are identified and documented.

Performance Outcome: Using a sample or model department and training program, the candidate will schedule instructional
sessions, formulate budget needs, and acquire training resources, so that the training sessions are conducted according to
department budget and policy goals, and within established timelines. The candidate will coordinate training record keeping, so all
agency and legal requirements are met..
Conditions: Using sample or model department scheduling and budget policies, instructional resources, staff, facilities, and time
lines for delivering training sessions schedule and budget for a training session. Prepare a resource list for this training session, and
complete training forms as necessary. These skills may be completed in a small group format within the Instructor Training course.
