BM-1 5/10/16 Page 18175 NORTH PENN SCHOOL DISTRICT Board of School Directors Special Action Meeting May 10, 2016 The One Thousand Fiftieth meeting of the Board of School Directors of the North Penn School District was held on Tuesday, May 10, 2016. The following members were present: Vincent Sherpinsky, President Josephine Charnock Carolyn Murphy Suzan Leonard Theresa Prykowski Frank O'Donnell Edward Diasio John Schilling Absent: Timothy Kerr Also present were the following persons: Curtis Dietrich Stephen Skrocki, Board Secretary Diane Holben Cheryl McCue Christine Liberaski Thomas Schneider Deborah McKay Kristen Landis Jack Dooley, Solicitor The meeting was called to order by Vincent Sherpinsky, board president, at 7:30 p.m. Vincent Sherpinsky reminded those in attendance that the meeting was being videotaped by the school district for the community cable channel. Vincent Sherpinsky requested that members of the audience wishing to address the board should come to the microphone, state their name and address, sign the audience of citizens log book, and limit their questions and comments to permit time for all those who wished to speak to the board. Proclamations were awarded by the Board to students from Bridle Path and Montgomery Elementary-Select Strings Ensemble that performed at the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association All-State Conference in Hershey. During the Audience of Citizens no one addressed the Board. Executive Session – Vincent Sherpinsky The Board met in Executive Session tonight from 6:00 pm to 7:25 pm, to discuss matters of personnel and litigation. BM-2 5/10/16 Page 18176 A motion was made by Frank O'Donnell, seconded by Theresa Prykowski, to approve the adoption of the 201617 Proposed Final Budget Resolution in the amount of $ $245,483,483, and authorization to publish notice to adopt the Final Budget in accordance with the Pennsylvania School Code and Act, per Item # BA 2 (A-AA), affixed hereto and made an official part of these minutes.
