ADN Ranking for March 1, 2015 The Institute of Medicine (IOM) and the Texas Team for advancing the Future of Nursing has set a goal (among others) to increase the number of nurses in Texas with a BSN to 80% by 2020. Therefore, the ADN Program at Panola College is encouraging all pre-ADN students to complete the requirements for Pre-Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing prior to the application process and be prepared to earn your BSN shortly after you earn the RN. Therefore, we will be adding points to the ranking system which determines entrance into the ADN program. If you are ADN core complete you will receive 1 additional point.
