Successful completion of the Emergency Medical Technician certificate program allows the graduate to
take the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians EMT certification examination and apply
for Georgia licensure as an EMT.
Career Opportunities
Graduates may find employment with ambulance services, fire departments, volunteer rescue squads, or with
companies that are training designated employees to provide emergency care.
