Panola College Technology Plan
Revised 2008
The Panola College Technology Plan now
consists of the outcome of the strategic planning
meeting discussions, technology committee
discussions, budget hearing discussions, and the
resulting documentation: strategic plan,
technology committee minutes, approved
budgets, and approved Institutional Effectiveness
(IE).
Recommendations for large purchases are
brought before the Technology for consideration
prior to spring budgeting and IE process.
Since technology changes so quickly, this plan is
more dynamic and flexible than a static formal
technology plan that requires constant review and
change.
The Plan was recommended by the Technology
Committee and approved by administration.
