this success to the support and nurturing
done by the teachers and the school.
Life’s most persistent and urgent question is “What are you doing
for the community?”
A Community Service Team has been created from volunteers of classes
IX and X and they have pledged to clean the school campus on a regular
basis.
 Every day the team makes a report of all the broken equipment found
in different class rooms and checks the cleanliness of all the
washrooms.
 On the basis of this survey the class which is the cleanest is given the
title of the ‘Cleanest Classroom’ for the day/week.
 As a result the sanitation in washrooms has improved, repair work for
broken tube lights and windows is being done on a regular basis.
 Also, the members of our team take their positions across the corridors
to ensure proper dispersal of students keeping an eye that no student is
hurt due to unnecessary pushing and pulling.
The focus is on making the children “own” their school.
