DR. TERRI ERBACHER
PhD in School Psychology
School Psychologist, Delaware County
Intermediate Unit
Clinical Assistant Professor,
Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine
Dr. Terri Erbacher has practiced as a school
psychologist with the Delaware County Intermediate Unit
since 1999 and has been a professor of psychology at the
Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine since 2007.
Dr. Erbacher is past President for the Philadelphia Chapter of
the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, past Chair
of the Delaware County Suicide Prevention Task Force, and
served as a Clinical Scientific Advisor on the Board of
Directors of Survivor of Suicide, Inc. She currently serves on
the Executive Committee of the Pennsylvania Youth Suicide
Prevention Initiative and is the Crisis Prevention Committee
Chairperson on the Executive Board of the Association of
School Psychologists of Pennsylvania.
REV. DR. SUE BERTOLETTE
Rev. Bertolette obtained her B.S. in Psychology
from Eastern College, her Master’s Degree in
Divinity from Eastern Baptist Seminary and
Doctoral degree in Ministry from Lancaster
Seminary. Rev. Bertolette has served as a
Pastor at St. John’s United Church of Christ
in Lansdale, PA for the past 35 years where
she presently serves as Senior Pastor. Additionally,
Rev. Bertolette has been a hospice chaplain for 19 years.
NAMI
The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), founded
in 1879, is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health
organization dedicated to improving the lives of persons
living with serious mental illness and their families.
Membership is diverse and is made up of families and
caregivers of children and adolescents with mental illness;
adults who live with mental illness, or whose loved one
has a mental illness; mental health professionals and other
individuals throughout the community.
The speakers have no real or perceived conflicts of
interest that relate to this educational activity.

REGISTRATION FORM
A time of renewal for those involved in Health Ministry
Bridging the Body, Mind and Spirit
The purpose of Summer Camp is to provide a time
of renewal, education and celebration for Nurses, Clergy,
Chaplains, Students and anyone involved in Health Ministry.
At the completion of this program the participant
will be able to:
■ Discuss strategies for assisting individuals with common
mental health issues.
■ Identify at least two risk and protective factors for suicide.
■ Explore the role of the FCN in providing resources in the
community for individuals with mental health issues and
their families.
■ Recognize various ways to spiritually support an individual
with mental health issues.
The registration fee includes: Continental breakfast, lunch,
all materials and contact hours
PLEASE BRING A DONATION FOR LOCAL FOOD BANKS –
personal care items such as shampoo, toothpaste,
toothbrushes, soap, feminine products, deodorant, toilet
paper and paper towels. Non-perishable food items are
also welcomed.
This continuing nursing education activity was approved
by Abington Hospital as an accredited provider by the PA
Department of Health licensure, and the Joint Commission.
