The “Retool Your School” grant program is designed to provide resources to Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) nationwide for campus improvements. Elizabeth City State University will use the grant to begin ground-breaking for a baseball field. This facility will also open the door for more community activities to be held on our campus. The ECSU APR was 15.7% in 2009-2010.
