Testing Qualifications Statement that a National Institute of Science Voluntary Accreditation Program (NIST), Accredited by the National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP), American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) or comparable accredited lab will be used for laboratory work.
