Minnesota Department of Health (MDH).
The firm must have adequate experienced
staff to furnish all expertise, labor and
resources for forensic investigation, including
the ability to accurately investigate, test,
identify and document existing site and
environmental conditions and/or deficiencies
requiring abatement or testing.
