Cancellation policy:
Cancel up to two weeks before the confirmed consultation date and you will receive a refund less a $25 administrative fee.
Cancellations less than two weeks (14 days) before the confirmed consultation are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests
more than two weeks ahead of the consultation have a $25 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling less than two weeks before the
consultation will be considered a new booking, and will require a new payment of the full consultation fee.
