Mr. Frederick Lim Advisor, World e‐Governments Organization of Cities and Local Governments (WeGO) As a WeGO Advisor, Mr. Hak‐Jin Lim is heavily involved in the urbanization in IT‐ related services and has extensive experience within the spectrum of IT solutions. Mr. Lim also has a strong track record of assisting governments worldwide develop e‐Government‐based services, including Minsk (Belarus) and Astana (Kazakhstan) with respect to Emergency Rescue Management Systems and Latin American countries for public transportation. He has also worked with Colombo, Thimphu, Mumbai, and Gimpo with citizen‐engagement issues. He is involved National e‐
Government master plan in Tanzania as well. Mr. Lim led the team at Hyundai U&I that assisted the World Bank, Seoul Metropolitan Government and the World e‐Governments Organization of Cities and Local Governments (WeGO) in developing the e‐Governments Diagnostic and Solutions Framework and has spearheaded pilot case studies with WeGO members for the e‐Governments Diagnostic and Solutions Framework project. Mr. Hak‐Jin Lim holds a Master of Business Administration from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and is fluent in South Slavic languages.
