Who: all members Nov 5 08: Subcommittee meets as a whole and shares finding, and asks for input from rest of group. Individuals who have a particular interest in a previously raised issue can volunteer as the point person for determining sources of information. If possible all major issues in previous review should be assigned to an individual. Who: all members Nov 5 08: Subcommittee shares findings with HLC committee as a whole (electronically) – asks for input on any additional evidence that would be helpful (one week deadline). Who: Siobahn Morgan posts information and receives responses, shares them with subcommittee. Nov 19 08: Subcommittee meets (or emails) and decides on final evidentiary requests Who: Siobahn Morgan and Karen Agee decide if meeting in person is necessary. Nov 20 08: Subcommittee forwards all their evidentiary requests to data coordinators. Who: Siobahn Morgan and Karen Agee Jan 15 09: Subcommittee obtains all necessary evidence for each core component. Who: Siobahn Morgan follows up if evidence is missing. Jan 20­Mar 1 09: Subcommittee interprets evidence and makes outline for the chapter that addresses the issues raised in the previous review and measures changes in the institution. Who: All, with assigned point person on specific topics. Mar 1 09: Sub­subcommittees submit their outlines to the group’s writer. Who: Karen Agee will write, Siobahn Morgan will read Mar 1­Apr 1 09: Karen Agee creates a draft chapter, with Siobahn Morgan providing assistance.
Apr 1 09: Karen Agee submits draft chapter to entire subcommittee for review and final revisions. Apr 15 09: Subcommittee submits all comments to Karen Agee for revision. Who: all members Apr 15­May 1 09: Karen Agee makes revisions and submits draft chapter to subcommittee. May 1 09: Subcommittee submits draft chapter to HLC steering committee.
