Cicely Kerr, MSc. PhD – Outcomes Researcher, Patient Reported Outcomes Cicely joined the Oxford Outcomes in 2009 from the department of Primary Care and Population Health at University College London (UCL) after working in psychology and primary care departments of various UK Universities, conducting various community-based health research projects over the preceding 12 years, including local coordination of a randomised clinical trial (RCT) for alcohol therapies and investigation of informed consent issues in RCTs. Cicely has an MSc in Health Psychology from Staffordshire University (2003) and a PhD in Primary Care (eHealth) from UCL (2010). Her experience includes designing and project managing qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods research projects, including concept elicitation, cognitive debriefing, health utility, ePRO evaluation. Cicely has extensive experience of qualitative research methods from work both within and outside the PRO field and along with Annabel Nixon has recently been involved in several projects involving psychometric review and validation of patient-reported, clinicallyreported and observer-reported outcomes.
