1360.3 – Policy
13. For any meeting costing the Northern Research Station over $5,000, a written
proposal must be submitted for the Director’s approval.
14. All employees are expected to maintain sufficient records relating to meeting
attendance to comply with quarterly reporting requirements outlined in
Forest Service Manual 1300, Chapter 60 - Meetings Management.
1360.4 – Responsibility
1360.44 – Station Director
The Station Director re-delegates authority for approval of meetings costing $5,000 or less to the
Project Leaders.
Project Leaders will track meetings and be prepared to provide meeting documentation to submit
quarterly conference/training data within one month of the quarter’s end.
