Extract Process

 Builds ESS files and computes Faculty Compensation

Extract Process Options

‘Initial’
Creates the initial information for the Self Service
 Can be run multiple times to extract new faculty members not yet in the file
 Adds new Faculty to the existing Term file


‘Recreate’


The data will be replaced in the ESS file
‘Add/Delete’
Deleted Faculty Assignments will be removed
 Faculty Assignments that have been added will be extracted
 Newly added Faculty members will not be added with
this setting

