reflecting on and identifying the
cultural stereotypes relative to
international women represented
on campus, bringing awareness
about them and discussing ways
that would help counter those
stereotypes.
6th Annual International Cook-Off
Kent State Student Center Ballroom
Thursday, Nov. 19, 6:30 to 8:30 pm
Six teams, each representing a different country, will compete by
preparing one entrée and one beverage unique to that country.
A crowd of hungry participants, guests and judges will taste the
results. First, second and third-place prizes awarded. All proceeds
from the $2.00 admission will benefit The Freedom House.
