Time schedule for documents to the final meeting
In order to finalise the discussions at the final meeting for the revision of the Spectrum Monitoring
Handbook within the available timeframe, it is necessary to respect the following time schedule:

Sending draft texts to the Sub-chapter coordinators
9 February 2001

Sub-chapter coordinators send draft texts to the
Chapter coordinators
15 February 2001
Chapter coordinators send draft text chapter
to ITU (Mr. Nalbandian)
1 March 2001
Preparing Circular Letter and placing draft text of the
Chapters on the FTP-area
15 March 2001
WP 1C participants send the comments to addresses
indicated in the Circular Letter
1 July 2001

NOTE - The Handbook Group works by correspondence using electronic means. For this reason
paper copies will not be distributed. Participants in the final meeting are expected to download their
