D ES C R IPTION
The 2HP is an energy saving solution for a multitude of applications. It
uses a high performance T8 system that can save up to 40% of energy
costs when compared to standard 3-lamp, 18-cell parabolics. The 2HP
incorporates a nominal 3" high 12-cell precision formed louver into a
nominal 4-3/4" deep pre-painted housing. This combination creates a
soft, even distribution while delivering a highly efficient T8 luminaire.
The luminaire is compatible with all of today’s popular ceiling systems
and is available with a number of options and accessories for increased
application versatility. The 2HP series is an excellent choice for commercial
office spaces, schools, hospitals or retail merchandising areas.

Louver
Die formed 4-3/4" deep paracontoured housing made from
code gauge, cold rolled steel.
Housing features die formed
stiffeners for added rigidity along
with end plates that securely attach
to housing via interlocking tabs.
Other housing features include a
Grid to T-option (or vice versa) that
allows you to do a conversion in
the field. End plates also have an
integral Grid-Lock feature for safety
and convenience. A contoured
ballast/wireway cover rests in the
center of the housing and can be
easily removed without tools, while
die formed captive lamp holders
encloses lampholder wiring for
easy lampholder replacement.
Ballasts are CBM/ETL Class “P” are
positively secured by mounting
bolts. Pressure lock lampholders.
UL/CUL listed. Suitable for damp
locations.
Die formed high reflectance white
aluminum (standard). Silver with
semi-specular finish (optional).
Accurate precision parabolic cells
are held in place by interlocking
feature. True-cut mitered corners.
Black reveal with mechanical
light seal around entire perimeter
of louver. Louver protected by
polyethylene cover.

(standard). Multistage, iron
phosphate pretreatment ensures
maximum bonding and rust
inhibition.
Controls

Positive cam action spring loaded,
self locking, black steel latches with
safety lock T-hinges allow hinging
and latching from either side.
Fifth Light ballast options are
offered for both 0-10V continuous
dimming and DALI applications.
Combine with energy-saving
products like occupancy sensors,
daylighting controls, and lighting
relay panels from Cooper Controls
(www.coopercontrol.com) to
maximize energy savings.
