Mr Panu Kause is Director of Partnerships and Innovation at Ixonos Plc. Ixonos is an ICT services
company creating innovative solutions for mobility, social media and digital services. The company is
publicly listed on Nasdaq OMX, operates on three continents, and has more than 900 employees.
Panu is a member of Ixonos’ Business Operations Management Team and holds global responsibility for
partner strategy, partner management, innovation processes, and internal R&D of the corporation.
He has worked for more than 15 years for different ICT service businesses in several managerial and
executive positions, and also as a consultant. Panu holds a solid background in overall business
management, business modeling, and new concept development. In addition to some other industries,
he is extremely familiar with telecoms, having worked and consulted for a number of telecom operators,
service providers, media companies, network vendors, and handset manufacturers alike.
During his career, in addition to full business responsibilities, Panu has lead product organizations,
project operations, portfolios and dozens of projects. His main speaking topics today relate to business
agility, business modeling, and portfolio management at the corporate level, as well as to leadership and
practical management skills at the level of individuals.
