The Human Resource Program Coordinator, SO, is delegated the responsibility for the overall implementation, coordination, and administration of the volunteer program. District Rangers and the Nursery Superintendent are delegated authority to approve Agreement for Individual Voluntary Service, from FS-1800-7, and to administer the program. Agreements for services of a relative of a Cibola NF employee will be sent to the Forest Supervisor for approval. 1832.3 - Records and Reports. Each District and the Nursery will maintain a file of the Prospective Volunteer Application, form FS-1800-6, attached to the approved Agreement for Individual Voluntary Service, form FS-1800-7, for all individual or group volunteers. Agreements should be kept as brief as possible and clearly stating the responsibility and duties of the volunteer(s). Conditions of reimbursement for incidental expenses (FSM 1833.1), official duty station, and work schedule will be stated on the Agreement. Agreements will be for 1 year or less. Districts and the Nursery will establish a control record for the volunteer program agreements. This record shall contain an 11 digit control number for each approved agreement and its open or closed status. The control number will identify the unit, Region, fiscal year, and agreement number. For example, the first number entered in the Sandia Ranger District control record for FY 1982 shall be 0305-R3-82-001. The first number for the same unit in FY 1983 shall be 0305R3-83-001. This record will be maintained on form 03-1800-1. Districts and Nursery will maintain a record on work hours and accomplishments. Annually in October, Human Resource Programs Accomplishments Reports, FS-1800-16, is due in the Supervisor's Office.
