EC Series Couplings are used:
• In hazardous areas where a flexible
member is required in a conduit system
to accomplish difficult bends, or to allow
for movement or vibration of connected
equipment or units

electrogalvanized with chromate
treatment; 11/4” to 4”: Feraloy® iron alloy,
electrogalvanized with aluminum acrylic
paint
• 1/2” to 2” have bronze braid covering and
flexible brass inner core; packing is woven
cotton braid impregnated with asphalt
• 21/2” to 4” have a Type 304 stainless steel
braid
