A major fire destroyed an apartment complex in Montgomery
County, PA, displacing over 370 residents in August, 2008.
While firefighters were still fighting the blaze, emergency
coordinators at the county operations center configured a

to the displaced residents about issues like how to replace
social security cards and vital records, the location of their
