Palo Alto, CA – September 2, 2014. The Association for the Advancement of
Artificial Intelligence (AAAI) awarded Senior Member status to 25 distinguished
AAAI members at the recent 28 th AAAI Conference on Artificial Intelligence in
Quebec City, Quebec, Canada, July 27‐31. Senior Member status was established to recognize AAAI members who have achieved significant accomplishments within the field of artificial intelligence. To be eligible for nomination for Senior Member, a candidate must have been active in the professional arena for at least ten years and a consecutive member of AAAI for at least five years.
