The Online Certificate in Knowledge Management (CKM) introduces new competencies in the
area of knowledge management (KM) and could serve as a potential start to the MS in IAKM
within the KM concentration.
ƒ Students must complete the certificate within 4 calendar years of intial entrance into the prorgam.
ƒ In order to successfully complete the CKM, the student must have earned a "B" (3.0) or better in
coursework so that the final GPA is 3.0 or higher.
