Information Architecture and Knowledge Management Online Certificate in Knowledge Management 18 credit hours The Online Certificate in Knowledge Management (CKM) introduces new competencies in the area of knowledge management (KM) and could serve as a potential start to the MS in IAKM within the KM concentration.
