Student Account Information
•  Due dates can be found at www.kent.edu/bursar
- Fall bills are published after July 4 and due August 14, 2015
- Spring bills are published after Thanksgiving and due January 7, 2016
•  Up-to-date student account information is available to students 24/7
through FlashLine > My Student Account
•  Not all registration activity results in a statement being issued prior to
a due date. Students need to check FlashLine > My Student Account
> Account Detail for up-to-date information.
•  Late or non-payment may cause the student to have their schedule
canceled.

- Four monthly payments
- $55 enrollment fee assessed each semester

- Will be deducted from the amount due if awarded before due date
•  Outside Scholarships
- Notify the Financial Aid Office of any outside scholarships before due date

Payment Methods
•  In-person payments can be made using cash, personal checks, money
orders, and cashier’s checks in the Office of Student Services
•  Credit card payments must be made online
- https://payonline.kent.edu
- 2.9% convenience fee is charged to all credit card payments
- No fee for paying online with checking or savings account
•  If mailing payment, send payment to the address on your invoice

Student Refunds
•  Refunds may be issued by Kent State as a result of:
-  Excess financial aid
-  Schedule adjustments for dropping classes
o  Financial aid may be affected
o  Students - be sure to see a financial aid staff member before
adjusting your schedule
-  Overpayment
•  Authorization of Title IV Aid (Federal Aid)
Students must provide their authorization to allow Kent State to use their
Title IV aid to pay for their non-institutional charges. The authorization is
available through FlashLine > My Student Account > Financial Aid.
Student Refunds - KSU Choice Card
•  Student address must be accurate
in FlashLine
•  Student will receive the KSU Choice Card
7-10 days after course registration
•  Students must select a refund delivery choice:
- Direct deposit to bank account
- Paper check mailed to permanent address
- OneAccount from Higher One - read terms and conditions carefully!
•  Visit www.ksuchoicecard.com to make refund delivery selection
