4. Eligibility:
1. Applicants must be enrolled as a full time student in a 4-year degree granting institution in the
United States.
2. Preference in admission will be given to students who are current juniors (rising seniors in
summer 2016). However, applications will be considered from outstanding current seniors and
sophomores.
3. SARP participants must be United States citizens either by birth or naturalization. If you are a
naturalized citizen, you will be asked to provide proof of citizenship. If you have questions
regarding your citizenship, please refer to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigrations Services.
Note: A Permanent Resident Alien (PRA) or Legal Resident is not considered a US citizen and is
not eligible for SARP.

should be someone who will give you a good recommendation that will convey your qualifications,
