Welcome Back!

Welcome Back!
The College of Arts and Sciences hopes you and your student had a restful
winter break! Now that we are in the heart of winter and colds and flu are
common, remind your student he or she can go to the DeWeese Health
Center for treatment. If your student must miss class due to illness,
recommend he or she reach out to the instructor by phone or email prior to
the absence.
Florence Summer Institute
Deadlines to participate in the Florence Summer Institute are quickly
approaching. The priority deadline is February 1, 2016 and the final
deadline is March 1, 2016. The program runs June 2 through July 2 and
allows students to earn six or seven hours of credit. All courses are taught
in English. This is an excellent opportunity for your student to immerse
him or herself in a new culture, rich in history! Learn more about the
program here.
