Summary This report provides a statistical analysis of the Kent State University 8-Campus-System enrollment for the Spring 12 Term. The Kent State University 8-Campus-System experienced a 1.16% increase in unduplicated student headcount; 40,398 students in Spring 12 compared to 39,936 students in Spring 11 for a net increase of 462 students. Undergraduate enrollment increased by 0.74% (256 students) and graduate enrollment increased by 3.80% (206 students). Student FTE increase by 1.42%; the Kent State University 8-Campus-System generated 445.87 more FTE compared to Spring 11. Undergraduate FTE increased by 1.25% (356.87 FTE) and graduate FTE increased by 3.09% (89.00 FTE). The undergraduate mean unit load (MUL) is 12.51 compared to 12.44 in Spring 11. Graduate MUL is 7.90 compared to last year's 7.96 and the campus MUL is 11.86 compared to 11.83 last year. Note: During Spring and Fall terms, FTE is the students' total credit hours divided by 15; during Summer terms, FTE is the students' total credit hours divided by 30.
