Needs a program revision form as well (it looks like they are trying to do a program change with this form – i.e., they want to use this course to replace another required course without eliminating that other course). This would be better handled in terms of the course approval process if the new form (and the program change form) were used. It’s unclear for what purpose the $1000 is going to be used. Overall, the proposal needs more details (i.e., what is the specific content of the lab, the “scheduled coverage” in the syllabus is vague, etc.). Motion to reject (Emal, Rescorla).
